Belayet Hossain is a dedicated Consultant Paralegal, actively developing his skills in Immigration and Family Law.He was called to the Bar by Lincoln’s Inn in March 2020 and holds an LLB, having completed the Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC) at BPP University. His strong academic background provides a solid foundation as he continues to gain practical legal experience.

Belayet assists in Immigration matters, including visa applications, appeals, judicial reviews, and asylum claims, as well as supporting Family Law cases such as divorce, child arrangements, and financial settlements. He is committed to providing thorough and client-focused assistance under supervision, ensuring that each case is handled with care and diligence.

In addition to his current work, Belayet is undergoing further training in litigation, broadening his legal knowledge and practical skills. He is focused on professional growth and strives to contribute effectively to achieving positive outcomes for clients while maintaining high ethical standards.

Outside of his legal career, Belayet has a passion for photography, particularly macro and nature photography. His interest in capturing fine details reflects his keen eye for precision and creativity.
